Press Brake Operation
The cell consists of MOTOMAN-series robots, press-brake and pallets for sheets of different types. Depending on robot type workpieces from 0,1 up to 100 kg can be handled. The automized press-brake cell can work unattended depending on infeed and outfeed units. Dangerous working moments are reduced.
Pressure Die Cast Operation
The cell consists of a MOTOMAN-robot, pressure die cast machine and outfeed funnels or pallets. Depending on robot type workpieces from 0,1 up to 100 kg can be handled. The automized die cast cell can work unattended depending on infeed and outfeed units. Dangerous working moments are reduced.
Machine tending
One of the easiest way to increase productivity. Connect a MOTOMAN-robot to a CNC-machine (e.g. lathe, milling machine). Depending on production and cycle time, the robot can serve a group of 3-4 machines. Combined with conveyors for in and outfeed of the workpiece, the automation is completed.
Machining glass and plastic
At the Coventry factory of Carefree Bathing, a MOTOMAN robot has taken over machining of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) bath ware, which previously involved manually carrying out arduous, noisy and dusty trimming and drilling operations.
